Neighborhood updates: May 2022

With very warm spring weather here and summer just around the corner, we have several news items to share. Please take a few minutes to read this important information; it’s organized into categories for a quick read.

SAFETY REMINDERS

NO dogs or people are allowed in the ponds!
dogs must be leashed at all times and not running loose
pet owners must pick up their own dog’s waste every time and properly dispose of it
update on Flock Safety will be provided at the May Board meeting

POOL NEWS

pool opening: Saturday, May 28 at 9:00 a.m.
pool hours: Sunday – Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
no glass, pets and persons under the influence of intoxicants are allowed in the pool area
up to two guests per household can use the pool and must be accompanied by the homeowner
new pool furniture is set to arrive in mid-July
if you have an electronic key entry card for the pool from last year, it still works
new homeowners need to contact Your HOA at 317-682-0571 or vendorsupport@yourhoahelp.com to get a key, which costs $25

WINDOWS AND DOORS

every window is being evaluated for repair or replacement
new Board member Carmen Lau will be working with Window Makeover
wood frames will be used from now on, so frames can be painted to match condos’ exteriors
windows and doors replaced by Steve Smalley’s crew last year will be painted to match exteriors
submit a maintenance request if you have a window or door needing painting

SOCIAL COMMITTEE

volunteers are needed!
garage sale and pool opening party are two events the Social Committee typically would manage
