Following the Annual Meeting last week, we as the Spinnaker Cove Board of Directors considered each of the homeowners who kindly volunteered to fill the vacant seat. Thank you to all of them for their willingness and interest in serving.

After considering each candidate and voting among ourselves, we are announcing that Carmen Lau was selected as our appointment.

After serving as an appointed member, if she wants to remain on the Board, Carmen will be up for election at next year’s Annual Meeting.

Our thanks again to each of the other homeowners who volunteered for consideration.

We welcome Carmen as a new Board member!
