Annual Meeting postponed to March 30

With 2022 well underway, we have important items to share with you.

  1. Annual Meeting: Because we want to provide you with complete financial information, we are postponing the Annual Meeting to Wednesday, March 30 with registration starting at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting at 6:30 p.m. You can attend in person at the clubhouse or by Zoom. An updated meeting mailing will be sent soon and an agenda and budget information (including 2023 dues information) will be shared prior to the meeting.
  2. February Board Meeting: Our regular February Board meeting is Wednesday, February 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the clubhouse. A meeting agenda and Zoom login information will be provided in advance.
  3. Board Positions: Dillon Buescher recently decided to resign from the Board. We thank him for his many hours of hard work and service to our community during the past several months. From now until the March 30 Annual Meeting, Joe Arnold is serving as interim president. Jim Spicklemire is interim vice president, Susan Nelson is interim secretary and still handling communications and Al Kozimor remains as treasurer. Susan was appointed last year so she is up for election at the Annual Meeting and we have Dillon’s open seat to fill. These available seats are for directors – not officers. The Board will elect a fresh group of officers for 2022-2023 after the election and the newly elected members are known. If you are interested or know of a neighbor who is interested in serving on the Board, please plan to complete and submit the nomination form that will be in your mailing.
  4. Miscellaneous Items: the Green Touch team has done an outstanding job for us with our two snow events. When plowing is needed, PLEASE move your cars out of your driveways so they can be plowed as quickly and efficiently as possible. By contract, the Green Touch team will not plow around vehicles in driveways to avoid causing damage. On behalf of the rest of the Board, a big thanks to Joe and Dillon for having kept our dog stations cleaned up and bags replaced for the past several months. Their commitment to doing that chore saved our community a great deal of money from the previous expense paid to an outside vendor.
